Expert Support for Your Tester
Fluke Premium Care Gold is our comprehensive support and maintenance program for Fluke Networks products and accessories. It helps you reduce unplanned expenses and minimize downtime caused by damaged test equipment, accessories, or tools requiring calibration or repair. Members enjoy the following privileges (please see Terms and Conditions for details):

One calibration per year at no charge at one of thirteen worldwide Authorized Fluke Service Centers.
- Precise calibration to factory specifications (with traceable calibration certificate)
- Repair as needed with genuine Fluke parts
- Updates to current Fluke software and firmware
Get a loaner unit to use while yours is serviced by scheduling your calibration in advance (six weeks recommended). If you don’t need a loaner or cannot schedule your calibration in advance, we can send you a shipping label so you can send your unit to be serviced with first-on-bench priority, keeping turnaround time to a minimum.

Unlimited, no-hassle, no-charge repair services, including labor, parts, and shipping with first-on-bench priority. We provide a loaner or replacement unit during repair to minimize your downtime.
